*If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, at your request TD Ameritrade Inc. (“TD Ameritrade”) or TD Ameritrade Investment Management, LLC (“TDAIM”), as applicable, will refund any eligible fee related to your concern. Refund requests must be received within 90 days of the date the fee was charged. Two types of “fees” are eligible for this guarantee: (1) Account Fees - fees and commissions for individual investors, service and regulatory fees, and most exception fees listed in the TD Ameritrade Standard Retail Pricing guide; and (2) Program Fees - the previous billing cycle’s fees for TDAIM Essential (quarterly), Selective (quarterly) and Personalized (monthly) Portfolios.

The guarantee does not cover Program Fees for accounts managed by, or referred to, investment advisors who are not affiliated with TD Ameritrade; Schwab-affiliated investment advisors; or separately managed accounts (SMAs).
The guarantee is only available to current clients. Refunds will only be applied to the account charged and will be credited within approximately four weeks of a valid request. No other charges or expenses, and no market losses will be refunded. Other restrictions may apply. TD Ameritrade reserves the right to change or terminate the guarantee at any time.
